Returns

If the items ordered do not suit you, you have 14 days after the day of delivery of your package to exchange them or return them for a credit note.

However, order returns must comply with the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags intact, and must be sent back in the packaging in which they were delivered.
• Custom-made items, items purchased on sale, or items purchased at our showroom in person cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Any order return that does not comply with our conditions will be refused.
